A. We accept all forms of payment options in Zimbabwe, contact us for payment details or pay us online.
Q. Which Medical Aids do you take?
A. We take all medical Aids with a few exceptions.
Q. Do you have Maternity?
A . Not at the moment.
Q. Do you have a Pharmacy
A. Not at the moment it is in the pipeline.
Q. Is there a Dentist in this Hospital?
A. Not at the moment.
Q. What Radiological services do you offer?
A. X-RAY, Mammogram, Ultrasound Scan.
Q. Are the X-rays reported on?
A. Yes, by a radiologist within 24hrs.
Q. Do you have Laboratory services?
A. Yes, we bleed for all major laboratories on site.
Q. How long do the results take?
A. Most within 24 hours except specialized tests sent out of Bulawayo or South Africa.
Q. Do you test Covid?
A. Only for admitted patients
Q. What are your operating hours?
A. The hospital is open 24/7 except for Radiology services.
Q. Are visitors allowed for in Patients?
A. Yes only 1 per patient in keeping with covid regulations.
Q. Do you have an Ambulance?
A. No we call from outside.
Q. Do you do Home Visits?
A. Yes , in special situations by arrangement.
Q. Is your theatre functioning for surgical cases?
A. Yes for minor cases.
Q. Do you have family planning services?
A. Not at the moment.
Q. Why don’t you take full cover on medical aids?
A. We are still working on making that possible.
Q. Does the hospital offer baby clinic services?
A. Not at the moment its in the pipeline.
Q. Do you do Circumcision?
A. Yes.
Q. Do you do home visits?
A. Yes, on special cases by arrangement
Q. Which hospitals you admit patients to?
A. Mpilo Private Wards, Mater Dei Hospital, (FLEX Clinic) Full Life Expectancy.
Q. Do you consult everyday?
A . No, only Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday as per appointments between 1pm and 5pm, closed on weekends and holidays.

Q. Does the doctor explain results as soon as they come out?
A. All results are reviewed as they come, those needing urgent attention patients are contacted as early as possible. The rest are discussed on next review date.
Q. Does your consultation fee include medication?
A. No, a prescription is given and you buy medication from a pharmacy of your choice.
Q. Should I be vaccinated for COVID if I have underlining diseases?
A. Yes as long as they are under control and you are not sick at the time or have allergies to the vaccine.
Q. Do you do online consultations?
A. No
